- Select your desired piece and click “Add to Cart”. Once you've added all items, it's time to checkout under “Cart”.
- Sign in to your account or, if you have not yet created one, sign up and select your desired item to proceed to checkout.
- Enter your full name, shipping address and contact number then you will be directed to select your payment method. to complete your order.
Q.2 Can I cancel or modify my order? |
Yes, you might be able to cancel some items before we prepare your order. Since your orders are promptly prepared and dispatched, we ask you kindly to contact our customer service advisors the soonest to cancel or make changes to your order. Q.3 How can I track my order? |
Once your order is confirmed, we'll dispatch it within 2-3 business days. Delivery takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Q.7 How accurate is colo display on the internet? |
Our product shots are true to image and will only vary when displayed under different lighting. Please note that styled shots may show a difference in color due to adjusted lighting for the shoot.
We always offer product shots to reflect real product colors and shapes. Kindly note that colors may vary depending on your computer monitor’s, mobile device’s or table’s brightness settings.

RETURNS
Q.9 How can I return or exchange an OMAR NASER product? |
ONLINE PURCHASES: You can return all or part of your order within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order. Simply complete the return form online on our “Contact Us” page and don’t forget to add your order number. All items to be returned or exchanged must be in unworn, undamaged, and unused condition. Original tags must be attached, and products must be in their original packaging for them to be applicable for any refunds or exchange. We will then arrange for a pick-up with an additional fee.
Items purchased via our online store can only be returned or refunded via our online store. Kindly email us at support@naserofficail.comfor further assistance.
OMAR NASER will only provide a refund or an exchange if shipping instructions have been met. We shall inform you with our return shipping instructions in order to process the return/exchange process. For further assistance regarding shipping please email us at support@naserofficail.com
If the above conditions have been met, you will receive a refund for the returned products excluding initial delivery fees incurred.

Please note: Some repairs may be subject to charges, and not free of charge, under certain conditions and they must be shipped to Italy with all customs and duties covered.
